Mercia Collins

I now live in the beautiful countryside of South Western France. My first language is English but I speak (and read and write) reasonable french.

I went back to study, part-time, in my late thirties, and accumulated a G.C.E Ordinary level, a GCSE, three GCE Advanced levels and a Bachelor's degree with Honours.

I have a passion and fascination with words and language, am an avid reader and have written, both poetry and prose, for as long as I can remember. I am also interested in history, cookery, travel, law and antiques.

I have sold articles to magazines.
